Eric Busboom graduated from Harvey Mudd College with a B.S. in physics. He has served as Process Consultant and Senior Software Engineer for Qualcomm Inc., founder of Convenience Data Merchants, and as CTO for Proposal Technologies Network Inc. Eric is active in a local philanthropic organization, San Diego Social Venture Partners, and a local environmental nonprofit, San Diego Canyonlands.

Before co-founding Clarinova, Scott was a key executive on a management team that successfully turned around a failing National Bank. As part of the process he built and led a new financial transaction division that grew to $500 million in transactions annually before being sold to a NASDAQ company. Scott’s additional C-level leadership includes bank operations, ecommerce, IT, retail, wholesale, and supply chain management. Scott is also a former Qualcomm executive and federal regulator. He is Net Promoter Certified.

Dr. Martha Dennis has worked as a telecommunications entrepreneur, technologist, venture capitalist, and corporate director during her decorated 35-year career. Currently she serves as Principal at Gordian Knot and as a director on the boards of Netsapiens, Citiwink and SpaceMicro. Ms. Dennis also serves on the boards of Harvey Mudd College, The San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce, The Triton Innovation Network, The UCSD Rady School of Management, The SDSU College of Engineering, and The Smith College Picker Engineering Program. She chairs the San Diego Commission on Science and Technology and is a Entrepreneur-in-Residence at CONNECT’s Springboard Program and a member of the Chairmen’s Roundtable. Ms. Dennis is Past Board President of CommNexus, The Reuben H. Fleet Science Center, The Bishops School, and UCSD Athena. Most recently, she was a Venture Partner with Windward Ventures. After leading software development at Linkabit Corp, Ms. Dennis co-founded Pacific Communications Sciences, Inc. and Waveware Communications. Her doctorate is in Applied Mathematics (Computer Science) from Harvard University.

Frank V. Riolo is the CEO of American Casino & Entertainment Properties, LLC, a Goldman Sachs Company operating multiple gaming properties. Riolo has operated the Riolo Group, LLC, assisting companies with strategic planning and operational reorganization. Riolo also served as CEO of Viejas Enterprises, (owning gaming facilities, an outlet mall, and multiple other businesses) and as Chairman and CEO of Borrego Springs Bank N.A., leading a successful turnaround of the institution.
